| Description | The Boys & Girls Club of Beeville is a private youth organization dedicated to providing programs of educational, physical, vocational and recreational activities during the youth’s free time beyond school, home and church. We provide opportunities for the youth to spend their free time in wholesome atmosphere using their minds, hands and bodies in constructive behavior which is off the streets. Our services are varied and diversified. They recognize and respond to the collective and individual needs of boys and girls in appropriately separate age groups. These services help the youth make appropriate choices within the components of our program. |
| Used for | To provide mostly under privilege youth a well supervised, safe, drug free environment in which to spend their leisure time when not in a tradition school setting. Organized arts & crafts, computer classes, swimming lessons, field trips, flag football and the Spurs Drug Free Basketball league are available to all members throughout the year. |
| Benefits | Because of the programs we provide, our members learn how to manage their behavior, interact with children from all walks of life as well as learn how important it is to stay drug free in order to become a productive member of society. All funds received go towards these programs. |
